What is Coaching?

Coaching for Betrayal Trauma helps you move from where you are (usually stuck) to where God wants you to be. Coaching also helps you create a vision, goals and look at your circumstances with new perspectives. Through steps and accountability, you will proactively move forward toward the future God wants for you.

If you have been impacted from Sexual addiction or any sexual integrity issues in your marriage and your heart is hurting, Coaching can really help you.

I am APSATS trained (Association of partners sex addiction specialist) and a certified Betrayal Trauma Coach.

I Coach with a Faith-based perspective and walk alongside you to encourage, empower, validate and support you any way I can to help guide you towards overall wholeness.

The ability to live healthy and well-balanced through this restoration process.

Healing + Support Groups

I also facilitate weekly support groups where you can call in from the comfort of your own home. ( or car) Online video or call in.

You will find safety and a place to start healing in community. There is a beautiful sisterhood in the groups in knowing you are not alone as we connect throughout the week in group chats and encourage one another.

We process through specific topics, workbooks, pray, laugh, cry, fellowship and look to God for our Hope.

You will rediscover your strengths, values and find your voice. You will learn about healthy loving boundaries, gas lighting, self-care and find joy again, even in the midst of a mess.

God has good plans for you my friend, filled with HOPE, a FUTURE, and a powerful purpose.
