Hey friends!
Here’s something special and dear to my heart. <3 What a blessing this evening was to us.
My beloved and I got to hang out with our lovely friends (and brothers and sisters in Christ) We gathered around the table for fellowship and enjoyed an amazing dinner, prepared and hosted by sweet Connie and her man Bob at their beautiful home.
Cherie has been gifted with an amazing heart + ministry to share stories about God from ordinary people like me + you.
She recently added podcasts to her blog of awesomeness (Homesspark.com) Her kind and willing husband Rob, sat down with us and partnered with Cherie as “Co-interviewers” and asked some pretty important questions, they let the Lord lead organically and I’m truly honored to have had this amazing opportunity to share the Hope and healing possible with God and surrendered hearts. His Rivers of grace is always ready and willing to flow abundantly into our hearts, He is the only ONE, who is able to satisfy our thirsty souls and mend our hurting hearts.
Our husbands courageously shared in humility, transparency, and honesty about sexual addiction, the battle within, the lies and the wounded childhoods that set a man up for destruction in the heart, the mind, and wreaks havoc in a family. Yes, even Christian families. Cherie and Rob, (parents of two teen sons) recognize the dire need to openly talk about this rampant problem within the church, that often gets unnoticed, is unspoken of, and most definitely, overlooked.
2 marriage miracles right here folks!! They once looked completely dead and hopeless, restored by HIS REDEEMING LOVE and His UNENDING GRACE <3 hope your hearts are encouraged!
